Why did I have to go back to the store to use an installed apo?
Unable to hear left ear and I'm not getting any help from app to fix problem. It's only saying not in my ear and that's not true.

Amazing. I don't like things in my ears, and I was told it would take weeks to adjust. After 2 hours I was barely aware that they were there, except now I can hear the lyrics in the songs. So happy I can adjust treble and bass On The World. And a pair of Bose are 1/4 less in cost than 1 earpiece the doctor wanted to sell me. So excited I will be able to go to work and hear my customers.
Need to buy two pair. You will have set while other is being repaired or replaced

I love these hearing aids and am so grateful to Bose! I am hearing things I haven't heard for years and it is wonderful and I will be 76 next month.
Been wearing regular aids for 4 years and bought as a back-up to my hearing aids. In testing the Bose aids, they have been great!
